Anthony Alston
​Prince William County Government
​
Native of White Plains, New York, Tony Alston currently serves as Assistant Director of Countywide Planning with Prince Willian County Government Planning Office. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in City & Regional Planning from Morgan State University, he is primarily responsible for oversight of the Countywide Planning division which crafts zoning and land use policies such as the zoning ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.
Ray Amoruso
Hampton Roads Transit
​
Ray Amoruso is the Chief Planning and Development Officer. He oversees a department responsible for the planning and scheduling of transit services, and the long-range development of high-capacity systems such as light rail and bus rapid transit. The planning department also works continuously to refine the agency’s local and express bus services as customer demand evolves. Amoruso’s portfolio also includes the Customer Relations, Business Development, and the Advertising and Sales departments. Data such as boardings and other performance metrics are collected by bus, light rail, paratransit, and ferry services and sent by the department to the National Transit Database. Amoruso is currently the agency lead for the Regional Transit Program which includes implementation of the Regional Backbone Network. He also helps develop the Transit Strategic Plan and the Capital Improvement Program. He has been with Hampton Roads Transit since 2009. Amoruso has over 36 years of public transportation experience in the public and private sectors. His extensive work resume specializes in transit planning for projects in New York City, Denver, Atlanta, Portland, Newark, Detroit, San Diego. Amoruso graduated from the City University of New York in 1978 with a degree in Urban Studies & Urban Planning.
Earl W. Anderson​, AICP, CZA
County of York, Virginia
Earl W. Anderson, AICP is the Deputy Director Planning and Development Services, responsible for managing and providing direction to the staff of the Development Services Division, which includes the site and subdivision plan review function and zoning and code enforcement. He directs the activities of professional, technical, and administrative staff engaged in plan review to ensure compliance with applicable County Codes and design criteria in an expeditious manner. He has worked as the Chief of Development Services and as a Planner and Senior Planner in the York County Planning Division, a Utility Planner in Richmond, Virginia, and as the City Planner, Senior Planner, and Planner in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Earl is currently the Past President of the Virginia Chapter of the American Planning Association and has served on this Board in various other positions since 2004. Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University in Community and Regional Planning in 1999.

Caitlin Aubut is the Acting Deputy Director for York County's Department of Planning and Development Services, and also serves as the Professional Development Officer for the Virginia Chapter.
Robert Baldwin, AICP
Prince George County, Virginia
Robert "Bob" Baldwin, AICP is an accomplished urban planner based in Virginia with extensive experience in community planning and development. He currently serves as the Planning and Zoning Director for Prince George County, Virginia, a role he assumed in 2023. Previously, he held positions as the Planning Director and Deputy City Manager of the City of Portsmouth, Regional Community Planning and Liaison Officer for the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic, and as Chief Planner for York County, Virginia, overseeing comprehensive and transportation planning. Baldwin led award-winning projects, including the “Destination 2025” plan and the “Build One Portsmouth” plan, which earned the Resilient Virginia Community of the Year award in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.

John Bateman, Assistant County Administrator & Economic Development Director for Lancaster County, Virginia, spearheads the Lancaster 2035 Strategic Plan, driving economic growth and community vitality through innovative, collaborative strategies. His leadership in leveraging public-private partnerships and volunteerism has positioned Lancaster as a model for rural sustainable development.

Charles Bauman
Portsmouth Economic Development
​
Mr. Bauman is an experienced economic development leader with over 40 years of success driving business growth and strategic planning across Hampton Roads and the Mid-Atlantic region. He has led team initiatives on the local and state level over the course of his career securing major investments and creating thousands of jobs resulting in revenue-generating opportunities for communities and their citizens. As a result, his experience has included significant domestic U.S. and international market exposure. His work, on a public and private basis, has included managing multimillion- dollar development projects, crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies, and negotiating incentive packages on behalf of the organizations and clients he has served. Bauman is a skilled collaborator and strategist advising government & corporate decision makers on economic growth and visionary opportunities. He holds a degree from Old Dominion University and has completed executive programs at the College of William & Mary, University of Virginia, and the Wharton School. His professional affiliations include the Virginia Economic Developers Association, the International Economic Development Council, Southern Economic Development Council, the Virginia Maritime Association and the Association of Defense Communities.

Ian Baxter
University of Virginia Institute for Engagement & Negotiation
Ian Baxter is a Senior Associate at IEN. After college, he worked in political organizing and voter registration, working specifically with high school-age students in the Richmond area to register, vote, and help turn out their peers to increase young peoples’ involvement in the political process. Ian began work as a Regional Planner at the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC), working on regional housing, transportation, and environmental issues after graduating from UVA with a Masters of Public Policy. His work at the TJPDC included coordinating eviction prevention efforts, hazard mitigation planning, affordable housing development, and other regionally focused initiatives. At IEN, Ian's work focuses on community resilience, renewable energy, historic preservation, and policy development, as well as project management, facilitation, and proposal development.
Sam Baxter 
POWER Engineers, Inc.
​​Sam Baxter is an environmental planner with POWER Engineers, Inc. and has experience providing land use planning for various industries. His experience includes siting, routing and permitting energy, data center and generation facilities as well as conducting land use and local comprehensive plan reviews and environmental due diligence. Sam received his Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and a Certification in Sustainable Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University. ​

Sam Belfield

Sam Belfield is a Senior Transportation Engineer with the Hampton Roads Transportation
Planning Organization (HRTPO), where he has worked for 26 years. He has a B.S. Degree in Civil
Engineering from the University of Virginia and also holds a Masters Degree in Transportation
Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His areas of work include Congestion
Management, freight planning, corridor studies, safety, ITS & operations, military transportation,
sea level rise and storm surge impacts to roadways, travel management strategies and incident
management. Mr. Belfield also serves as an active member of the TRB Military Transportation
Committee.

Paolo J Belita, AICP, PTP, RSP1
Prince William County Department of Transportation
Paolo Belita is an Assistant Director of Transportation with the Prince William County Department of Transportation and oversees the Planning, Traffic Safety, and Inspections Division. Mr. Belita and his team are responsible for efforts related to transportation planning, development plan reviews, traffic safety engineering, and transportation inspections. Mr. Belita first began working for Prince William County in 2011 and has also worked for Fairfax County as a Transportation Planner. Mr. Belita received his Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Master’s Degree in Transportation Policy, Operations and Logistics from George Mason University. Mr. Belita is also certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and certified by the Institute of Transportation Engineers as a Professional Transportation Planner (PTP) and Roadway Safety Professional (RSP1)
Brantley Bissette
HRSD
Brantley Bissette received a B.S. in Marine Science from the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing a Master of Natural Resources from Virginia Tech. Before arriving at Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD), Brantley held several positions in the research, conservation, nonprofit and ecotourism fields. Having minored in Journalism and Mass Communications at UofSC, Brantley has a passion for science communication and public outreach, sharing his interest in natural resources conservation with others to help ensure a more sustainable future. This passion led him to his current role as the Community Education and Outreach Specialist at HRSD. As a member of the District’s fledgling Communications Department, Brantley promotes HRSD’s work at community events, in classrooms, on social media and through tours of the utility’s innovative SWIFT Research Center. A lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, Brantley’s work is inspired by HRSD’s Promise to treat wastewater and recover natural resources to protect public health and the environment.
Matthew Bolster, AICP
Virginia Housing

Matthew Bolster, AICP is Senior Strategic Housing Officer in the Community Outreach division of Virginia Housing, Virginia’s housing finance agency. He has worked in the planning, community development, and housing world since 1993, starting in land use administration in Spotsylvania County. He later held planning and project management positions focused on community revitalization and housing in private consulting and with the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority. He joined the Strategic Housing team at Virginia Housing in 2016. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in history from the College of William and Mary and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Christian Brandt, AICP, serves as an Urban Planner III for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, leading community-driven initiatives like the AlexWest Small Area Plan and Duke Street Land Use Plan with a focus on inclusive engagement and sustainable development. With a background in policy analysis from Tufts University, he fosters equitable urban planning through innovative outreach and stakeholder collaboration.

Chenice Brown
City of Richmond Office of Equitable Transit & Mobility

Chenice Brown is a community engagement program manager and community listening guru working for both OETM and her non-profit, Just C. She recently led the community outreach for the award-winning Richmond Connects plan, ensuring that the voices of Richmonders often left out of planning processes were heard and prioritized in the planning process. Prior to joining OETM in 2021, she managed a team of City of Richmond Community Ambassadors whose goal was to reach and build relationships with the some of the City’s most marginalized residents. She also runs a non-profit, JustC, that supports youth in underserved communities through recidivism prevention, youth community programming, and youth home-needs support.

Renee Burton is the Division Director of Planning for the City of Danville. She has served the City of Danville in multiple roles for over twenty (20) years and has held the position of Director for the past two (2) years. Renee obtained her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Environmental Policy and Planning and her master’s degree in business administration at Averett University.

Mike is the director of community planning for Line and Grade, a Charlottesville-based planning and design consultancy. He is an experienced facilitator and communicator with expertise in translating complex technical analyses into plain speak common language for policy makers and the public alike. He has a broad range of experience in transportation and land use planning; urban design; public engagement and facilitation; and research, writing, and teaching. His planning experience spans nearly 20 years during which he has worked with a wide array of clients across the U.S. including federal agencies, state departments of transportation, metropolitan planning organizations, and local governments in more than 25 states.

Yolima Carr
Paradise Creek Nature Park
Yolima Carr is the Conservation Landscape Curator at Paradise Creek Nature Park in Portsmouth, VA, with over 25 years of experience in horticulture, garden design, living shorelines, wetlands restoration, and native plant conservation. Originally from Bogota, Colombia, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and an Associate in Public Garden from the School of Gardening in Zaragoza, Spain, and has worked at notable institutions like the Norfolk Botanical Garden and the Elizabeth River Project. At Paradise Creek, she oversees horticultural integrity, leads educational programs for volunteers and youth, and promotes sustainable landscaping practices, earning her recognition as a Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional.
Alex Carroll
City of Alexandria
Alex Carroll is passionate about fostering walkable, livable, human-scaled communities. In her role as Complete Streets Program Manager for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, Alex plans and implements projects to enhance mobility, access, and safety for people of all ages, abilities, and modes, and she oversees the City’s Vision Zero Program to eliminate traffic fatalities and severe injuries. She has led major projects including corridor redesigns, intersection improvements, sidewalk installations, multi-use trails, automated speed enforcement, speed limit reductions, and more. Prior to her work with the City of Alexandria, Alex worked with the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization and with the University of South Florida’s Center for Urban Transportation Research. She holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Florida.

Chase Cartwright

Chase Cartwright is a second-year undergraduate student in the Urban and Environmental Planning program at the University of Virginia. Originally from the Denver, Colorado area, he is passionate about understanding how planning shapes both rural and urban communities. He is developing skills in GIS mapping, graphic design, and hand sketching to better visualize and communicate planning concepts. Chase is eager to gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the profession, exploring how planning decisions impact different settings and scales.

Kimberly Chen
City of Richmond
Kim Chen currently serves as the Senior Manager for the City of Richmond’s authentiCITY Studio, a division of the Department of Planning and Development Review. She has worked for nearly 50 years in the fields of architectural history, historic preservation, architecture, and urban planning. Kim has a wide range of experience in cultural resources management and design while working for State and Federal historic preservation agencies and small architectural firms. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural history with a minor in architecture and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Urban Revitalization. She also taught four graduate level courses in Historic Preservation Planning at Virginia Commonwealth University for 10 years.

Portsmouth Department of Economic Development
Julie Chop, CZA, CTM, is the Real Estate Development Specialist at the Portsmouth Department of Economic Development. Julie manages the real estate portfolio of the Portsmouth Economic Development Authority (EDA) and the Portsmouth Port and Industrial Commission (PPIC), overseeing lease transactions, property management, contract negotiations, and entitlement processes. With a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech, she has over seven years of experience in city planning and economic development. Previously, she served as Manager of Current Planning and Zoning for the City of Portsmouth, managing land use applications, drafting zoning ordinance amendments, and fostering community growth. Julie is also the Vice President of External Affairs for the Virginia Chapter of the American Planning Association, Vice President for the Portsmouth Service League, and a 2022 Insider Business Top 40 Under 40 honoree.

Jennifer Cobb, CZA

Jennifer Cobb is the Assistant Director of Community Development for the City of Suffolk. She oversees a majority of the development team, including Building and Plan Review, Zoning and Enforcement, Property Maintenance and the permitting staff. Jennifer has over 20 years working in municipal government across 3 different cities. She holds multiple certifications including Certified Zoning Administrator, Certified Transportation Manager and Property Maintenance Official. She is currently working towards her Certified Building Official designation, further strengthening her expertise in the community development field and regulatory compliance.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University, which has enhanced her leadership skills and ability to navigate complex conversations with confidence and diplomacy. Throughout her tenure in the City of Suffolk, Jennifer has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, progressing from Assistant Zoning Administrator, to Zoning Administrator, and ultimately her current role as Assistant Director overseeing 40 plus staff.

Will Cockrell is a Principal Planner at EPR PC with extensive experience in local government and regional planning. He spent ten years with the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission, managing MPO, rural transportation, and environmental planning programs. He has held leadership roles with the Virginia Chapter of the American Planning Association and the Virginia Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations. Since 2013, he has taught planning and government methods at UVA’s School of Architecture. Will is recognized for his leadership and expertise in implementing planning goals and processes.

Brittany Colyer
City of Suffolk
Brittany Colyer is the Current Planning Manager for the City of Suffolk, Virginia, where she leads
a team of planners responsible for reviewing development plans, rezonings, conditional use
permits, and projects within Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas and Wetlands. Since joining the
City in 2018, Brittany has advanced through several roles—starting as a Planning Technician and
progressing to Planner I, Senior Planner, and now Planning Manager—demonstrating her
leadership and deep expertise in municipal planning.
She began her career in the private sector in 2012 as a research analyst and CAD operator,
supporting the creation and preparation of development plans across a range of project types. This
early experience provided her with a strong technical foundation that complements her public
sector work.
Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University. With over a
decade of experience in both public and private planning environments, she is passionate about
sustainable growth, effective policy implementation, and shaping well-designed, thriving
communities.

Bryce is a senior coastal engineer in VHB’s Williamsburg, VA, office with 16 years of diverse experience in the coastal environment. His background spans research, policy, and engineering practices, and he regularly guides municipalities, state governments, and national organizations through conventional and nature-based shorefront infrastructure design, regulatory compliance, and community engagement for sustainable coastal management. He specializes in strategically integrating advanced climate science with engineering design, employing numerical and empirical tools to develop practical adaptive solutions for waterfront infrastructure and coastal hazards.

Jack Cramer
ATCS
Mr. Cramer’s specialized knowledge in air quality and noise analysis spans both the public and private sectors, making him an invaluable asset in a variety of projects. He has consistently engaged with public officials, project team members, stakeholders, and local community members to present findings and ensure that concerns are addressed. Mr. Cramer’s ability to collaborate with diverse teams has resulted in the implementation of aesthetically pleasing solutions, many of which were constructed as part of the projects he led. Jack holds a degree in Geo-Environmental Studies from Shippensburg University and is also an active member of ACEC PA.

John Joel "J" Dano
HRSD
J. is HRSD’s Director of Integrated Planning and Analysis. He has been planning, delivering, and renewing water and wastewater infrastructure in Hampton Roads for over 25 years and has been working in the water industry for over 30 years. He leads HRSD’s Integrated Planning and Consent Decree Compliance. He serves on the board of the Virginia Nutrient Credit Exchange Association. Previously he served as the Program Manager for HRSD’s Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow. He was a contributor to the Water Research Foundation’s “Blueprint for One Water” (WRF #4660); “One Water Cities” (WRF #4969); and “Anticipating Trade Offs of Using Alternative Water Supplies” (WRF #4715). He is a founding member of the Virginia Water Environment Association/ Virginia AWWA “Leading One Water” focus group. He is a P.E. (professional engineer), a PMP (project management professional), and an Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure: Envision Sustainability Professional. J. has a passion for water and the outdoors; he enjoys water related activities such as surfing, kayaking, and snowboarding. He lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, teenage son, teenage daughter, and two Golden Retrievers. Finally, J’s life goal is to LIVE a Virtuous Life.

Tanya Denckla Cobb
University of Virginia Institute for Engagement & Negotiation
Tanya Denckla Cobb is Director of the UVA Institute for Engagement & Negotiation (IEN). She has deep experience in mediating and facilitating challenging public policy issues, drawing on her work in international labor rights, community mediation, and as a former community forestry nonprofit director. At IEN since 1997, she has facilitated and mediated significant issues that support resilient and equitable communities including coastal resilience, sustainable agriculture, food systems, forestry, watersheds, public health, environmental justice, and alternative energy. A co-founder of The Resilience Adaptation Feasibility Tool (RAFT) in 2015, she has worked with 26 localities across Virginia as well as 3 tribes and an additional 6 localities currently undergoing RAFT. She co-founded in 1999 and serves as teaching faculty for the Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute.​

Brian Donahue
City of Portsmouth, Virginia
​
Brian Donahue is the Director for Portsmouth Economic Development. Brian provides oversight of the office’s business recruitment, retention and workforce development efforts for the City of Portsmouth. He also serves as Secretary for the Portsmouth Economic Development Authority and Portsmouth Port & Industrial Commission.
Brian has 20 years of experience in economic development, community development and real estate across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to joining the Portsmouth Economic Development team in 2018, Brian was the Director of Development for the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority, overseeing residential and commercial redevelopment and revitalization initiatives throughout Portsmouth. He also spent three years in planning and community development roles with the City of Suffolk, Virginia. Brian began his career with a privately held real estate development firm based in Richmond, Virginia. He has proudly called the Hampton Roads region home since 2006.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.​
Lauren Doran, PLA
Green Infrastructure Center Inc.
Lauren Doran works with communities, local governments, state agencies and land trusts to help them locate and assess their natural resources, as well as create plans to enhance and conserve them. Ms. Doran is a landscape architect with 12 years of design experience at landscape architecture firms in North Carolina and Virginia. Ms. Doran has a BA degree in Anthropology from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech

Ramzi Farhat
Goochland County
Ramzi is the Principal Planner for Goochland County, where he oversees a range of responsibilities, including long-range planning, Comprehensive Plan updates, ordinance amendments, and sectoral studies. A California transplant, Ramzi previously served for over 12 years on the faculty at California State Polytechnic University – Pomona. During this time, he also consulted with cities on developing small area plans.
Kevin Finn
City of Chesapeake
Kevin P. Finn, Comprehensive Planning Administrator at the Chesapeake Planning Department, leads transformative urban planning initiatives, including the award-winning Chesapeake Trails & Connectivity Plan (TConn), focusing on active transportation and regional connectivity. With a Master of Arts from Clark University, he brings expertise from prior roles at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission and Montgomery County Planning Department to enhance Chesapeake’s community development.
Karen Firehock, AICP
Green Infrastructure Center Inc.
Ms. Firehock directs the national Green Infrastructure Center Inc. since 2007 to map, model and create strategies to conserve or restore natural resources in both wild and urban landscapes to create more resilient communities. She has implemented hundreds of community projects, and authored several books on green infrastructure such as Strategic Green Infrastructure Planning: A multi-scale approach, and Green Infrastructure: Map and Plan the World with GIS, case studies, videos and webinars. She is also adjunct faculty at the University of Virginia where she teaches planning and landscape design. She has a B.S. in Natural Resources Management from UMD and a M.P. Urban and Environmental Planning from UVA.
Mike Fox
Stromberg/Garrigan & Associates, Inc. (SGA)
Mike Fox - Mike Fox, PLA, is a Principal and Landscape Architecture Practice Leader at Stromberg/Garrigan & Associates, Inc. (SGA), based in their Norfolk, Virginia office. With over 20 years of experience, he holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Fox specializes in site design for public and private clients, contributing to prominent coastal landmarks across Virginia. His work spans urban design, brownfields redevelopment, and resiliency planning. An active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), he also engages in community initiatives, including scouting, church, and prison education programs.
Daniel Fraser, PE
POWER Engineers, Inc.
Daniel Fraser is a civil engineer and project manager with POWER Engineers, Inc. who has routed, designed and permitted electric transmission facilities ranging from 69 kV to 500 kV. He has knowledge of the special requirements of planning, designing and constructing transmission facilities in constrained urban areas as well as remote mountainous terrain. Meg Pittenger has been involved in the urban planning for 12 years and has worked in local government in Hampton Roads for over 35 years. She is currently is the Assistant Director of Planning for the City of Suffolk and previously was the Assistant Director of Planning for the City of Portsmouth and also was Portsmouth’s floodplain administrator. She worked in the City of Portsmouth’s Parks and Recreation Department for 26 years overseeing the City’s citywide park, public grounds, landscape, tree, athletic, and recreation maintenance. A “pracademic,” he has almost 25 years of experience in higher education and government. Provo received his Ph.D. from the School of Urban Studies and Planning at Portland State University. Sue Schwartz serves as the current President of the American Planning Association. Sue has dedicated her career to working with planners and using data for informed decision-making for communities. She has spoken at national and chapter conferences, bringing national attention to the work being done in Greensboro and showcasing the city's planning department and its innovative approach.
As an active leader and former president of APA's professional institute – the AICP Commission (2005-2007) – she is one of only six people who have held both offices in the organization's history. Schwartz holds a bachelor's degree in geography and urban studies from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She was inducted into the AICP College of Fellows in 2003, the profession's highest honor bestowed upon a planner.

Skrimpz currently works with the City of Richmond’s Office of Equitable Transit and Mobility to design and paint road murals that promote pedestrian and cyclist safety. These projects are created in collaboration with Richmond Public Schools, where he gathers drawings and ideas from students, transposes their contributions into large-scale works, and hosts community paint days through the City to install the murals. By centering youth voices in public space, these murals are vibrant markers of shared ownership and belonging. Karen Washburn has been interpreting Portsmouth history and leading tours in Portsmouth for over 20 years and has been interpreting Suffolk history as a tour guide for 15 years. For the past 50 years, Karen has performed as a local stage actress and vocalist, as well as directing and producing. She is also a published author and playwright. Karen, along with her husband and fellow interpreter, Jeff Washburn formed Mary Veale and the Colonials in 2019, building on the living history groundwork laid by the late Eric Price (Colonel Crawford). The company rebranded as History Alive in 2023. History Alive now offers interpreters from the colonial period into the 20th century.

He has served as a local government planner exclusively in the Commonwealth of Virginia, having worked with the City of Hopewell, Town of Warrenton, City of Poquoson, and for the last nine years, the City of Suffolk. Over his career his work has included nearly every facet of planning at the municipal level with key areas of focus including land use analysis, plan implementation, and zoning. He resides in Suffolk with his wife Linsey, two daughters, Addy (13) and Ellie (7), and their two golden retrievers, Ivy and Waffles. During his spare time he enjoys performing Improv, coaching his girls softball and soccer team, watching one of his oldest daughter’s many musical theater productions, traveling with his family, playing the guitar, cooking, and planning his family’s next trip to Disney World. Kevin also enjoys watching a wide variety of sporting events and particularly enjoys going to Richmond to cheer on his VCU Rams!

Kevin Wyrauch is currently the Transportation Planning Manager for the Prince William County Department of Transportation with over 12 years in the transportation and transit field. Mr. Wyrauch currently oversees the Transportation Planning Section which consists of review of entitlement cases, rezonings, special use permits, site plan, traffic impact studies, and public facility plans. Mr. Wyrauch is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Manhattan University and his Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UC Irvine.​​​​
